Many memories have been made at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church since June 26, 1932, the date the Church moved to 1421 Geneva Street “On the Westside of Sioux City, Iowa”. The articles of incorporation were renewed in 1945 and were written again in September 1995. Since Rev. Dr. Floyd E. Brown’s arrival in 1978, the Church’s explosive growth started and has continued. It was an “era” when lives got saved because of the preached Word of God and the Consecrated Mass Choir “sound” was birthed. This print is a reflection of that “era” as the Church continues to grow today, may we always “Look Forward from the Historic Past”.
